3. Take the exam and return it to us within 90 days of its postmark along with 8 treatment logs. (Extensions are available if required.)

4. Your exam will be graded by Bellanina Institute and returned to you with your certificate. The exam consists of 40 questions (2 points each), which are multiple choice or fill in the blank, and one 2-part essay worth 20 points for a total of a possible 100 points. Because this is an open book exam, 85% is passing. You may the exam that you didn't pass. There are no refunds on failed exams. All exams are open book and 98% of our participants pass.

REFUND POLICY
(a) The tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment. An application fee of not more than $25.00 may be retained by the school if the application is denied. (b) All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within 3 business days after signing a contract with the school. (c) The policy shall adhere to the refund policies of applicable state, federal, and accrediting agencies. All refunds shall be returned within 30 days.
