From Atlanta, GA (3 hours by car):Take 1-85 to 985 to 23/441 North. Follow 23/441 North past Franklin and beyond Dillsboro/Sylva where you then exit right onto 74 North (Great Smokey Mountain Expressway). Follow 74 just past Waynesville exit to Maggie Valley exit (276) North. Exit right and follow to second stop light (appx. 1 mile). Turn left an go appx. 2 miles and take right exit ramp just before Quality Inn Hotel (still on 276). Go 2.3 miles and turn left onto Hemphill Road. Go 1 mile and turn left onto Shelton Cove Road. Go appx. 6/10 mile and look for green house on right. Paved driveway on left of greenhouse is marked Biodome Drive. Follow road 1/4 mile into property. Bellanina Mountain Retreat is the White House (1st left), #161.
From Knoxville, TN: (75 miles by car):Take I-40 east to exit 20, turn right onto highway 276 towards Maggie Valley. Turn right on Hemphill Road. Turn left onto Shelton Cove Road and go 0.6 mi. to Biodome Drive. Turn right onto Biodome Drive and follow into the Village. White house on the left is Bellanina Mountain Retreat.

Statement

Nina Howard has been a Facelift Massage Specialist since 1994 after completing the home study course. In 1996, Nina became one of the first certified Belaví Facelift Massage trainers and to date has taught hundreds of students throughout the world. Working alongside Belle Tuckerman for nearly a decade and patterning her own day spa, Bellanina Day Spa, after the Institute services, Nina paved the way for a seamless transition as the new owner of Bellanina Institute (formerly The Belavi Institute) upon Belle Tuckerman's semi-retirement.

Nina embodies the essence of a true Renaissance Woman having completed studies in Interior Design, Massage Therapy, Polarity Therapy and Para-Medical Studies. She is a Licensed Esthetician, educator, published writer, modern Artist, Graphic Designer and business entrepreneur.
