This toner is highly effective in removing impurities and hard water residue, and leaves a thin layer of pharmaceutical grade glycolic acid. Skin will feel soft, smooth and hydrated. Consistent use will result in improved skin clarity, texture and tone.
Directions: Use 2-3 times a week. After cleansing, apply toner with cotton pad to remove residue from cleanser, makeup or hard water.
Ingredients: Water, Glycolic Acid, Glycerine, Aminomethylpropanol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, PEG-45 Palm Kernel Glycerides, Panthenol, Liquapar Optima, Essential Oils of Chamomile, Lemon and Grapefruit
